In addition to stunning white sand beaches, enjoy fantastic snorkeling, watersports, world class diving, and shoreside exploration of the less visited Turks and Caicos Islands. This will be the fourth BHTM travel experience.

- All rooms are virtually identical with differences being in the general location, level (3), and bedding (one king or two doubles). Some rooms have an ocean view.
- Room preferences and availability will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.
- Rates are per person based on double occupancy in US$.
- Rates do not include $35 pp Club Med Membership Fee.
- Single person per room rate is 150% of cabin rate.
- Minimum Age: Passengers must be over 18 years of age as of April 18, 2009.
- A valid passport is required.

- All Beverages: Non-Alcoholic and Premium Alcoholic drinks, in-room bottled water. **
- All Meals and Snacks.
- All Taxes and Gratuities- no tipping necesary.

**Except from Champagne, VSOP and XO spirits, some premium brands, wine list, canned and/or bottled drinks and mini-bar, which are at an extra charge.
Not Included
- Airfare and local departure taxes.
- Ground Transfers.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, internet access, & telephone calls; Spa treatments; Land tours & certain activities.
- Scuba Diving available for beginner and certified divers at additional cost.
- Trip Cancellation Insurance - Due to the nature of this event there will be a strict cancellation policy. We strongly encourage you to aquire adequate travel cancellation insurance...available at registration. Consult with a Classic Travel representative for more information.
Payment Schedule
- Due at time of Registration $575.00 per person
- July 10, 2008 50% of balance due
- October 10, 2008 50% of balance due- Final
Registrations made after October 10, 2008 require payment in full at the time of registration. Methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check (must be received within 10 days of registration).
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of this event there will be a strict cancellation policy. We strongly encourage you to acquire adequate travel cancellation insurance. This is available through Classic Travel. You may inquire at the time of registration for rates.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable with the following exceptions:
- Cancellations prior to July 10, 2008 fully refundable subject to a $325.00 per person administrative fee.
- Cancellations prior to October 10, 2008 50% of monies paid are refundable.
- Cancellations after October 10, 2008 are 100% non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued within 45 days of notice by check or credit.
Registration Changes
- Name changes are subject to a $50 charge. Any changes after January 18, 2009 are subject to a $100 charge.
- Reservation transfers are not allowed.
