Air
We will handle groups if asked to do so - there will be a request form on the site for group leaders to arrange for us to contact them accordingly.
Groups will be handled on request - the group leader must arrange for payment for all of the participants in that group.
International Tickets:
Please call out office at 800-869-6903 or send an e-mail to travel@classictravel.net telling us what you need.
Domestic Tickets:
It is very important to tell the agent that you are part of a group and to quote the discount fare code A1389AA

Bus Transfers
If you need a transfer to OSHKOSH please sign up via the booking form. We will need your full name, flight details, credit card number with expiration and 3/4 letter code. Classic Travel will then issue an electronic bus ticket and send it to you by e-mail.
You must present this ticket to the bus driver for boarding. We have arranged for bus transfers from all of the airports named above (in the airline ticket information) there will be at a bus waiting at the curb to meet your flight..
Transfer prices are based on a minimum of 35 passengers per bus and are as follows:
From Ohare Airport to Oshkosh, WI - $40.00
From Oshkosh, WI to Ohare Airport - $40.00
From Milwaukee Airport and Madison Airport to Oshkosh, WI - $31.00
From Oshkosh, WI to Milwaukee Airport and Madison Airport - $31.00
From Green Bay, WI to Oshkosh, WI -$31.00
From Oshkosh, WI to Green Bay, WI -$31.00
Note - As this is priced on a minimum of 35 traveling together - when 35 passengers are signed up we will issue you an electronic ticket accordingly.

NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS
Purchases made for airline tickets and transfer tickets are non-refundable. Therefore, please be sure that you will be able to attend the Camporee and that you are making accurate decisions when purchasing.
